艺术院校少数民族大学生思想政治教育工作模式创新探究--以北京舞蹈学院为例

Research on the Work Mode of Ideological and Political Education of Minority Students in Art Colleges--Taking Beijing Dance Academy as an Example

新形势下,面对错综复杂的世界形势和西方文化以及价值观的冲击,少数民族大学生群体思想政治教育工作面临严峻挑战。艺术院校少数民族大学生由于生源和专业的特殊性,其思想政治教育工作模式需要进一步探究和创新,积极把握艺术院校少数民族大学生思想和行为特点,积极应对新形势下面临的机遇和挑战,发现问题、总结经验并积极探究,才能更加充分发挥思想政治教育在高校立德育人中的积极作用。该文在充分调研北京舞蹈学院少数民族大学生思想政治教育工作现状结果的基础上,结合本校大学生思想政治教育工作模式的实际情况与规律特点,总结特色经验,进一步探究艺术院校少数民族大学生思想政治教育工作模式,从而切实落实好本校大学生综合育人的总任务和目标。

Under the new situation,faced with the complicated world situation and the impact of Western culture and values,the ideological and Political Education of ethnic minority college students is facing severe challenges.Due to the particularity of students source and specialty,the work mode of ideological and political education of ethnic minority students in art colleges needs further exploration and innovation,so as to actively grasp the characteristics of the thought and behavior of ethnic minority students in art colleges,in order to give full play to the positive role of ideological and political education in moral education in colleges and universities,we should actively deal with the opportunities and challenges under the new situation,find out the problems,sum up the experiences and probe into them.Based on the investigation of the current situation of the ideological and Political Education of ethnic minority college students in Beijing Dance Academy,combined with the actual situation and regular features of the ideological and political education work mode of the college students,this paper sums up the characteristic experience,to further explore the mode of ideological and Political Education for ethnic minority students in art colleges and universities,so as to implement the general task and goal of comprehensive education of students in our university.
