摘要
在当前的就业形势下,提升职业能力、培育职业素养,有助于增强商务英语专业毕业生的求职竞争力。以职业能力视角推进商务英语专业改革和课程建设,从微观层面上来看,解决了“就业难”的问题,让学生找到对口工作;该文首先介绍了现阶段商务英语专业课程建设的常见模式,并指出了课程建设中存在的共性问题,包括课程缺乏创新、忽视个体差异、实践机会不足等。最后结合工作实践,分别从做好职业生涯教育、增加创新创业课程、开展“互联网+微课程”教学,以及举办创新创业大赛、组建专业课程开发团队等方面,提出了商务英语专业课程建设的可行性建议,为新时期商务英语专业课程的持续性改革和系统性建设提供了一定的借鉴。
In the current employment situation,to enhance vocational ability and cultivate professional quality,is conducive to enhance the competitiveness of business English graduates.Promote the reform and curriculum construction of business English major from the perspective of vocational competence.From the micro level,solve the problem of"difficult employment"and let students find the right job.This paper first introduces the common mode of business English major curriculum at the present stage,and points out the common problems existing in curriculum construction,including lack of curriculum innovation,neglect of individual differences,lack of practical opportunities and so on.Finally combining with working practice,respectively from career education,increase innovation entrepreneurship,"Internet+micro courses"teaching,and organize innovation entrepreneurship competition,to form a professional curriculum development team and so on,puts forward the feasible Suggestions for the construction of business English professional course,for the continuous reform of business English professional courses in the new period and the systemic construction provides a certain reference.
