摘要
“KPI”理论视角下的团内“推优”标准体系构建属于管理学和思想政治教育领域。该文将“KPI”(关键绩效指标)这一管理学理论引入共青团工作研究的领域,结合上海师范大学已经存在且实施的团内“推优”标准、体系与流程,通过实证调查分析与整合现状,并思考和反思存在的问题,旨在为高校共青团“推优”工作提供一个简单浅显的量化标准,为具体实施提供些许指导建议。
The construction of the standard system of"recommending the best"in the league from the perspective of KPI theory belongs to the field of management and ideological and political education.This paper introduces the management theory of"KPI"(key performance indicators)into the research field of the Communist Youth League work.Combined with the existing and implemented standards,systems and processes of the league"promotion"in Shanghai Normal University,through empirical investigation,analysis and integration of the status quo,and thinking and reflection on the existing problems,the purpose is to provide a simple and simple quantification for the work of the Communist Youth League in Colleges and universities Provide some specific suggestions for the implementation of the standard.
