校企协同创新体系下土木工程专业应用型人才培养模式探讨

Discussion on the Training Mode of Applied Talents of Civil Engineering under the System of School Enterprise Collaborative Innovation

随着现代化技术及信息化手段的飞速发展,土木工程得到了越来越多的重视,而高校内部的土木工程专业作为一种注重实践能力与理论知识高效融合的专业学科,其更应当利用校企协同创新体系带来的优势,更好地培养出专业型、应用型的土木工程人才。因此,文章首先对土木工程专业应用型人才培养的意义加以明确;其次对校企协同创新体系在土木工程专业应用型人才培养中的优势以及存在的问题展开深入分析;在此基础上,提出校企协同创新体系下土木工程专业应用型人才培养的主要措施。

With the rapid development of modern technology and information technology,civil engineering has been paid more and more attention.As a professional discipline focusing on the efficient integration of practical ability and theoretical knowledge,the civil engineering specialty in Colleges and universities should take advantage of the advantages brought by the collaborative innovation system between colleges and enterprises to better cultivate professional and applied civil engineering talents.Therefore,this paper first makes clear the significance of civil engineering application-oriented personnel training;secondly,it analyzes the advantages and existing problems of school enterprise collaborative innovation system in civil engineering application-oriented personnel training;on this basis,it puts forward the main measures of civil engineering professional application-oriented personnel training under the school enterprise collaborative innovation system.
