With the continuous development of electrical automation,the social demand for electrical automation technology professionals is also increasing.Higher vocational education plays a very important role in the cultivation of electrical automation technology professionals.Therefore,this paper analyzes the current demand situation of electrical automation technology professionals,and puts forward the Countermeasures for the cultivation of professional talents,so as to effectively strengthen the personnel training and meet the social needs.
