微课“翻转课堂”模式下《大学生心理健康教育》课的教学探讨

Discussion on the Course of College Students'Mental Health Education under the Mode of Micro Class"Flipped Classroom"

微课“翻转课堂”是一种新型的教学模式,可作为开展大学生心理健康教育有效教学的重要途径,是提升该课程教学质量的突破口。此文利用教学模式认可度测量量表,通过方差分析法分析新教学模式与传统教学模式对学生学习效果是否存在差异。研究发现:新教学模式与传统教学模式对学生学习效果存在显著性差异;不同性别之间、是否独生子女和不同生源地在微课“翻转课堂”模式中存在显著性差异;而是否少数民族和不同专业在微课“翻转课堂”模式中并无显著性差异。为此,此文期望通过研究发现,建构有效心理健康课堂教学模式,以促进学生培养积极心理品质及提高心理健康水平。

Micro-course"flipped classroom"is a new teaching mode,which can be used as an important way to carry out effective teaching of college students'mental health education,and is the breakthrough point to improve the teaching quality of this course.This paper analyzes whether there are differences between the new teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode on students'learning effect by using the teaching mode recognition scale and through ANOVA.The results show that there are significant differences between the new teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode.There are significant differences in the mode of"flipped classroom"between different genders,single child or not and different places of origin.There is no significant difference between ethnic minorities and different majors in the mode of"flipped classroom".Therefore,this paper hopes to construct an effective mental health classroom teaching model through research,so as to promote students to cultivate positive psychological quality and improve their mental health level.
