摘要
为探讨师范生自尊与人际交往的关系,该文采用人际交往综合量表、Rosenberg自尊量表中文版,对476名师范生进行调查,发现师范生的自尊水平总体较高(M=29.65),在性别与年级上差异显著;师范生的人际交往得分总体较低(M=8.05),具有性别、年级与生源地差异;师范生自尊与人际交往呈显著负相关。最终得出结论师范生自尊水平较高;人际关系困扰水平整体较低;师范生人际困扰状况因性别、年级和生源地而不同;自尊对人际交往有显著负向预测作用。
To explore the relationship between self-esteem and interpersonal communication of normal university students,This article uses the Chinese version of the Comprehensive Interpersonal Interaction Scale and the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale to survey 476 normal students.Find that the level of self-esteem of normal students is generally high(M=29.65),with significant differences in gender and grade;the score of interpersonal communication of normal students is generally low(M=8.05),with differences in gender,grade and students'origin;there is a significant negative correlation between self-esteem and interpersonal communication of normal students.Finally come to conclusions the level of self-esteem of normal college students is higher;the level of interpersonal distress is lower as a whole;the status of interpersonal distress of normal college students varies with gender,grade and place of origin;self-esteem has a significant negative predictive effect on interpersonal communication.
