营销思维在高校学生管理中的应用探索与实践

摘要 随着我国特色社会主义高等教育改革市场经济的健康发展和高校高等专业教育招生管理工作规模的不断扩大,各类普通高校的大学生教育资源整合管理工作开展难度越来越大。为了尽快改变我国传统的高校学生企业经营管理模式,该文提出将先进的高校市场营销管理战略规划管理体系概论和新理念广泛应用并推广到引导高校学生从事企业经营管理工作中,积极探索,引导教育工作者运用营销思维对学生进行管理。 With the healthy development of socialist higher education reform and market economy with Chinese characteristics and the expansion of the scale of enrollment management of higher professional education in Colleges and universities,it is more and more difficult for all kinds of colleges and universities to carry out the integration management of College Students'educational resources.In order to change the traditional business management mode of college students as soon as possible,this paper puts forward to widely apply the advanced marketing management strategic planning management system and new ideas to guide college students to engage in business management,actively explore and guide educators to use marketing thinking to manage students.
