论“师承教育+Mini-CEX”模式在中医急危重症临床思维培养中的应用构想及初步实践 被引量:11

摘要 中医学在救治急危重症方面具有独到优势,但国内中医院校对于有关急危重症的中医临床思维培养重视程度不够,流于纸上谈兵。笔者根据自身教学研究实践,提出“师承教育+Mini-CEX”中医急危重症临床思维培养模式。该模式可以充分发挥教师“榜样力量”,使学生在可靠的社会分享过程中,树立专业自信,获取急危重症救治经验,通过即时开展“以案明理,以理明案”完成中医临床思维培养;与此同时,引入Mini-CEX并将其中医化,有助于优化中医思维训练与考核,促进教学相长,从而形成中医危急重症临床思维教学-实践-即时性评价-补救性教学-再实践-再评价的训练与考核循环往复、有机结合的完整闭环,值得进一步研究。 Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has unique advantages in the treatment of emergency and severe disease. However,TCM colleges and universities in China do not pay enough attention to the cultivation of TCM clinical thinking about emergency and severe disease,and often be an armchair strategist. From the authors’ own teaching and research practice,this paper puts forward the teacher education + Mini-CEX clinical thinking training mode of emergency and severe disease in Chinese medicine. The model can give full play to teachers’ role model strength,so that students can establish professional self-confidence in the process of reliable social sharing,obtain experience in the treatment of emergency and severe disease in Chinese medicine,and complete the cultivation of clinical thinking of traditional Chinese medicine through instant development of explaining the case and understanding the case. At the same time,the introduction of Mini-CEX and its traditional Chinese medicine will help to optimize the training and assessment of TCM thinking,promote teaching and learning,so as to form a complete closed loop of emergency and severe disease in Chinese medicine thinking,i.e.,teaching-practice-immediate evaluation-supplementary teaching-repractice-reevaluation,which is worthy of further research and promotion.
