摘要
目的回顾性分析及评估PBL联合CBL教学法在胸心外科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果及价值。方法选取在胸心外科住院医师规范化培训医生,实验组38人采用PBL联合CBL教学方法,对照组32人采用传统LBL教学法。通过出科考核及问卷调查,评价教学模式效果。结果实验组的理论考试、临床实践、病例分析及总分成绩和各项评价分值均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PBL联合CBL教学模式应用价值明显优于传统LBL教学模式,更有助于激发学习乐趣,提高学生自主学习能力。
Objective To retrospectively analyze and evaluate the effect and value of PBL combined with CBL teaching method in the standardized training of thoracic and cardiac surgery residents.Methods A total of 38 patients in the experimental group received PBL combined with CBL teaching method,while 32 patients in the control group received traditional LBL teaching method.The effect of the teaching mode was evaluated through the examination and questionnaire survey.Results The scores of theory examination,clinical practice,case analysis,total score and each evaluation score of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of PBL combined with CBL teaching mode is significantly better than that of traditional LBL teaching mode,which is more helpful to stimulate learning fun and improve students'autonomous learning ability.
