摘要
方言类电视新闻媒体节目的出现有其必然性和合理性,“方言方说”可以拉近节目与观众的距离,有利于保护、推广、传承地域文化。从推广普通话角度来看,电视新闻节目“方言方说”的盛行也带来了一些问题:它舍弃了普通话人所共知的编码方式,弱化了语言示范功能,制约了对普通话的推广工作,容易造成地域歧视;它美化了某些地域色彩强烈的低俗元素,强化了其顽固性、保守性,甚至将其中的糟粕曲解为精华。针对这些问题,要从加强方言类电视新闻节目的管理、把准方言类电视新闻节目的定位、规范方言类电视新闻节目的用语等角度入手加以改进。
The emergence of dialect programs in TV news media has its inevitability and rationality."Use of dialects"can shorten the distance between the program and the audience,which is conducive to the protection,promotion and inheritance of regional culture.From the perspective of popularizing Putonghua,the popularity of dialect programs in TV news media also brings some problems:it abandons the well-known coding mode of Putonghua,weakens the function of language demonstration,restricts the promotion of Putonghua,and easily leads to regional discrimination;It beautifies the vulgar elements with strong colors in some regions,strengthens its stubbornness and conservatism,and even distorts the dross into its essence.To solve these problems,we should strengthen the management of dialect TV news programs,position quasi dialect TV news programs,and standardize the language of dialect TV news programs.
