以中华优秀传统文化培育学员军事人文素质的探索

Exploration on Cultivating Military Humanistic Quality of Cadets with Chinese Excellent Traditional Culture

中华优秀传统文化是提高军事文化软实力、培养学员军事人文素质的重要因素。该文结合院校实际,从确定以中华优秀传统文化为学员军事人文素质培育核心内容、转变军事人文素养教育理念、转变育人教育的顶层设计、第一课堂和第二课堂结合、实体文化和社会实践相结合、优秀传统文化建设与多样传播载体相结合6个方面入手,探讨了学员军事人文素质的培养路径。

Chinese excellent traditional culture is an important factor to improve the soft power of military culture and to cultivate the military humanistic quality of students.In this paper,combining the reality of colleges and universities,from determining to Chinese excellent traditional culture military humanistic quality for students to foster the core content,the shift of military humanities education concept,education and so on,to change the top design,as well as the combination of the first class and second class,physical culture and social practice,the construction of the excellent traditional culture and diverse communication carrier in six aspects,The cultivation path of military humanistic quality is discussed.
