“以思促教,思教结合”的高中历史教学策略探究

摘要 教学反思是指对教学进行反思,它是促进教师发展,完善教学质量的一个方法。随着课程改革,教学方式的变迁,旧的教育观念和手段已经不再适应新课堂教学的要求。因此,提高教师的教学能力,培养新时代合格教师已经成为重要的课题。而提高教师素质最重要的一方面就是要提高教师的教学反思能力,正如普朗克所说的“思考可以构成一座桥,让我们通向新知识”,只有通过思考,反思自己的错误和不足,才可以学到新知识,适应教学改革的要求。该文旨在通过对国内高中历史教师教学反思现状的分析,并结合教学反思相关内容,总结教学反思能力提高对策。 Teaching reflection refers to reflection on teaching.It is a method to promote teachers'development and improve teaching quality.With the curriculum reform and the change of teaching methods,the old educational concepts and means no longer meet the requirements of the new classroom teaching.Therefore,improving teachers'teaching ability and cultivating qualified teachers in the new era has become an important topic.The most important aspect of improving teachers'quality is to improve teachers'teaching reflection ability.As Planck said,"thinking can form a bridge and let us lead to new knowledge".Only by thinking and reflecting on our mistakes and shortcomings can we learn new knowledge and meet the requirements of teaching reform.This paper aims to summarize the countermeasures to improve the ability of teaching reflection through the analysis of the current situation of teaching reflection of domestic high school history teachers and combined with the relevant contents of teaching reflection.
