校企合作模式下高校德语专业教学改革策略研究

摘要 高校德语专业进行校企合作改革能显著提高高校学生跨文化交际能力及实践能力,因此,基于现阶段教材陈旧、学生主体地位缺失、教学方法存在冲突等问题,于校企合作的育人双重性、教师队伍培养时效性强等基本特性着手研究,实现德语专业教学改革。通过教学改革实现课程建设与师资的协调搭配、优化教师教学理念、加大实训重视力度、培养具备强职场能力的德语专业大学生,真正意义上开启“走出去”发展战略,为高校语言专业教学发展提供借鉴。 The reform of school-enterprise cooperation for German majors in universities can significantly improve college students'cross-cultural communication skills and practical skills.Therefore,based on the outdated teaching materials,the lack of student status,Problems such as conflicts in teaching methods,the dual nature of education based on school-enterprise cooperation,and the strong timeliness of teacher training,we need to start research and realize Teaching reform for German majors.Through the reform of teaching,we can realize the coordination and matching of curriculum construction and teachers,optimize teachers'teaching concepts,increase the emphasis on practical training,and cultivate German-speaking college students with strong workplace skills.These can really start the"going out"Development strategy,and provide reference for the teaching of language majors in universities.
