浅谈新冠疫情背景下文化馆的责任与担当

突发的新冠疫情给群众文化服务带来了极大的冲击,场馆关闭、活动取消、数字文化资源需求激增……面对新冠疫情,文化馆人积极开发数字资源,提供网上展出、线上课堂,宣传防疫知识,推广艺术普及,满足大众特殊时期的文化需求,体现了疫情背景下文化馆的责任与担当。然而,在数字资源体量建设等方面还存在一些不足,各文化馆须在应对机制、服务效能上进一步完善,肩负起疫情背景下普及知识、传播文化的重担。

The outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic has brought great impact to the mass cultural services,venue closure,activity cancellation,digital cultural resources demand surge......In the face of the epidemic,the staff of the cultural center actively developed digital resources,provided online exhibitions and online classes,publicized epidemic prevention knowledge,promoted art popularization,and met the cultural needs of the public at this special time,reflecting the cultural center's responsibility and responsibility against the backdrop of COVID-19.However,,there are still some shortcomings in digital resource construction,and cultural centers should further improve their response mechanism and service efficiency to shoulder the burden of spreading knowledge and culture against the backdrop of the epidemic.
