2016“尼伯特”台风特大洪灾的反思与历史文化遗产保护--基于宏琳厝修复工程的研究

Reflection on the Catastrophic Flood caused by Typhoon Nepartak in 2016 and Protection of Historical and Cultural Heritage--Based on the Study of Honglincuo Restoration Project

自然灾害的发生,对文物造成了不可磨灭的损害,导致了历史价值、文化价值、科学价值以及教育价值的重大损失。该文应用层次分析法,建立风险影响因子评价模型,分析得出了历史文化遗产在自然灾害中的主要受损原因,并以宏琳厝保护为例,提出了保护的政策建议。历史文化遗产保护工作需要多方共同努力,任重道远。

The frequent occurrence of natural disasters in China has caused indelible damage to cultural relics,resulting in the great loss of historical value,cultural value,scientific value and educational value.In this paper,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is applied to establish the risk impact factor evaluation model,and the main damage causes of historical and cultural heritage in natural disasters are analyzed.Taking the protection of Honglincuo as an example,the protection policy suggestions are put forward.The protection of historical and cultural heritage needs the joint efforts of many parties and has a long way to go.
