新时代基层史馆员讲解技巧探析

摘要 该文旨在分析基层史馆讲解员培训过程中出现的部分问题,并对其进行系统梳理与补充。试从语言表达、表现力、想象力等一系列训练形式入手,结合自身实践,剖析具体案例并进行总结。进一步系统阐述基层讲解员培训的方式方法。该文以基层文化为前提,以理论为依据,以实例为证明,有的放矢地拟定练习方案,通过启发与引导,帮助基层史馆员感受、体会、认知、领悟讲解之要领,提升自身专业能力,进而更加积极地投入到基层文化工作中去,为基层文化事业贡献自己的力量。 The purpose of this paper is to analyze some problems in the training process of commentators in grass-roots historical libraries,and to sort out and supplement them systematically.The author tries to start with a series of training forms,such as language expression,expressiveness and imagination,and combines with his own practice to analyze and summarize specific cases.Further elaborated the basic level commentator training method.Based on the premise of grass-roots culture,theory and examples,this paper makes a targeted exercise plan to help grass-roots history librarians feel,experience,recognize and comprehend the essentials of explanation through inspiration and guidance,so as to improve their professional ability,and then more actively participate in grass-roots cultural work and contribute to grass-roots cultural undertakings.
