创造力培养在幼儿园游戏教学中的迷失与回归 被引量:2

摘要 游戏教学是幼儿学习和发展的有效途径,在游戏教学活动中,幼儿是创造的主体,教师则是游戏活动的引导者和支持者,幼儿的创造性思维和创造性人格是在游戏活动中不断形成和发展的。通过反思游戏教学与幼儿创造力培养的关系,对当前游戏教学阻碍幼儿创造力发展的因素进行分析,发现教师正确的创造观是培养幼儿创造力的前提,多面互动的有效教学策略是培养幼儿创造力的必要手段,基于思维训练的游戏教学是培养幼儿创造力的核心。 Game teaching is an effective way for children to learn and develop.In game teaching activities,children are the main body of creation,teachers are the guides and supporters of game activities,and children’s creative thinking and creative personality are constantly formed and developed through the game activities.By reflecting on the relationship between game teaching and the cultivation of children’s creativity,the factors that hinder the development of children’s creativity in current game teaching are analyzed,and it shows that the teacher’s correct concept of creation is the premise of cultivating children’s creativity,multi-faceted and interactive teaching strategies are necessary means to cultivate children’s creativity,and the game teaching based on thinking training is the core of cultivating children’s creativity.
