摘要
当前新课程改革的背景之下,学校文化建设变得尤为重要。优质的学校文化孕育着学校变革的核心动力,识读、理解、挖掘学校文化,开发具有本校特色的学生核心素养课程是学校课程改革的有效路径。该文试以一所百年中学的教育实践为个案,分析学校文化建设之于学生核心素养培育的增能作用。
Under the background of the current new curriculum reform,the construction of school culture has become particularly important.High quality school culture breeds the core power of school reform.It is an effective path for school curriculum reform to read,understand and excavate school culture and develop core literacy courses with the characteristics of our school.This paper takes the educational practice of a century old middle school as an example to analyze the role of school culture construction in the cultivation of students'core literacy.
