“一带一路”背景下我国开放大学教育国际化路径研究

"一带一路"倡议的提出,为我国开放大学教育国际化发展提供了新的发展机遇与空间。当前,我国开放大学国际化发展内容和形式都比较单一,国际合作仍然停滞于简单的国际短期交流层次,办学理念、师资队伍、专业课程国际化程度较低。我国开放大学需要从办学理念、师资建设、人才培养、课程设置、科学研究、技术应用、管理服务等多个方面深化国际合作与交流,从而在世界开放大学的舞台上,拥有更多的话语权。

The "one belt, one road" initiative has provided new opportunities and space for the development of the internationalization of China’s open university education. At present, the content and form of internationalization development of open universities in China are relatively single, international cooperation is still stagnant in a simple international short-term exchange level, and the internationalization degree of school running concept, teaching staff and professional courses is low. China’s open universities need to deepen international cooperation and exchanges in many aspects, such as school running philosophy, faculty building, personnel training, curriculum setting, scientific research, technology application, management services, so as to have more discourse power on the stage of the world’s open universities.
