摘要
全球化时代是一个“你中有我、我中有你”彼此相互依赖的时代。“一带一路”倡议的实施与发展,使我国技术型人才与世界多个国家与地区接轨,因此需要培养大量的国际化应用型人才,其不仅要重视技术培养,更要重视人才的全面发展。这对于我国教育模式的改变,既是机遇也是挑战。该文就此对人才培养的难点及创新进行探索,以期为教育改革提供参考。
The era of globalization is an era of interdependence between"You have me,I have you"."One belt,one road"initiative has made China's technology talents integrate with many countries and regions in the world.Therefore,we need to train a large number of international applied talents.We should not only attach importance to technological training,but also attach importance to the all-round development of talents.This is not only an opportunity but also a challenge for the change of education mode in China.This paper explores the difficulties and innovation of personnel training,in order to provide reference for education reform.
