摘要
软实力是国家综合国力的组成部分,是区别于硬实力的无形力量,它理当具有和硬实力同等的地位和价值。汉语国际推广把汉语言文字和中华文化推向世界,可以提升和构建国家软实力。针对目前语言教学的饱和与文化教学的失衡、文化交流的诉求与中国威胁论的掣肘、汉语教师荒的客观现实与汉语教师素养的参差不齐等困境,汉语国际推广可以从融合语言教学与文化教学、推动多元文化和谐共生、构建高素质的汉语教师队伍3个方面寻求突破。
Soft power is an integral part of a country's comprehensive national strength and an invisible force different from hard power.It should have the same status and value as hard power.The international promotion of Chinese language promotes the Chinese language and Chinese culture to the world,which can enhance and build the national soft power.In view of the current language teaching saturation and cultural teaching imbalance,the demands of cultural exchanges and the constraints of China's threat theory,the objective reality of the shortage of Chinese teachers and the uneven quality of Chinese teachers,the international promotion of Chinese can seek a breakthrough from three aspects:integrating language teaching and cultural teaching,promoting the harmonious coexistence of multiple cultures,and building a high-quality team of Chinese teachers.
