乡村振兴战略对倡导文明新风提出更高要求,革除丧葬陋习迫在眉睫,关乎社会文明程度的提高。不良的丧葬陋习对社会造成巨大的影响,政府推行殡葬改革,运用公权引导私权,使得殡葬秩序在冲突中达到一种平衡稳定的状态。但随着改革进入深水区,矛盾也逐渐凸显出来,殡葬改革何以“进”“退”,是当下关系人民群众切身利益的社会民生问题。该文分析J市殡葬改革的现状及存在的问题,阐述并归纳殡改中的困境,进而探索其参与路径,以期在新时代下达到健康文明、绿色环保殡葬的理想目标,对推进农村殡葬改革提供可借鉴的经验。

The rural revitalization strategy puts forward higher requirements for advocating a new style of civilization.The elimination of bad funeral habits is imminent,which is related to the improvement of social civilization.Bad funeral habits have a huge impact on society.The government promotes funeral reforms and uses public power to guide private power,so that the funeral order reaches a balanced and stable state in conflict.However,as reforms have entered the deep water zone,contradictions have gradually become prominent.How to"advance"and"retreat"funeral and interment reform is a social and livelihood issue that concerns the immediate interests of the people.This article analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the funeral reform in J City,expounds and summarizes the difficulties in the funeral reform,and then explores the path of participation,in order to achieve the ideal goal of healthy,civilized,green and environmentally friendly funeral and interment in the new era,and contribute to the promotion of rural funeral and interment reform.Lessons to learn from.
