高职教师专业信息素养的不足与提升策略探究

Research on the Shortcomings and Improvement Strategies of Professional Information Literacy of Higher Vocational Teachers

目前,随着现代社会信息化的不断发展,信息素养已经成为对教师专业信息素养的重要条件。教育信息化在教育领域取得了长足的进步,但也发现了教育领域的一个重要问题。高职教师的信息素养难以满足教育信息化发展的需要,这是由于高职教师尚未接受系统的信息化培训而造成的。教师是传播知识的引导者,所以信息素养对在进行学生能力提升方面、技能培训、知识讲授方面都有着非常重要的作用。该篇文章主要分析了高职教师专业信息素养的内涵以及现状存在的问题,并在此基础上提出相应的应对策略,为培养优质的人才提供了坚实的基础。

At present,with the continuous development of information technology in modern society,information literacy has become an important condition for teachers'professional information literacy.Education informatization has made great progress in the field of education,but also found an important problem in the field of education.Higher vocational teachers'information literacy is difficult to meet the needs of the development of educational informatization,which is caused by the fact that vocational teachers have not yet received systematic information training.Teachers are the guide to spread knowledge,so information literacy has a very important effect on the improvement of students'ability,skills training and knowledge teaching.This paper mainly analyzes the connotation of Higher Vocational Teachers'professional information literacy and the existing problems,and on this basis puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,which provides a solid foundation for the cultivation of high-quality talents.
