《大学生心理健康教育》开放式教学改革的探索--以广西民族大学为例

摘要 “大学生心理健康教育”课程是一门集基础理论、心理辅导和宣传教育的思政系列课程,对促进大学生的身心健康,提高其培养质量具有重要意义。目前,“大学生心理健康教育”课已作为公共基础课在全国高等院校普遍开展。然而,“大学生心理健康教育”课仍面临课时有限、大班教学弊端多的问题,亟待改革。鉴于此,提出和构建了基于心理学基础理论、课堂讨论、鼓励学生讲解知识点和开展多种形式的课堂活动的开放式教学模式改革;基于多媒体和影像的开放式教学手段改革;基于降低期末成绩比例、增加课堂表现环节成绩比例和信息反馈的课程考核及反馈机制改革。经过近几年的研究与实践,构建的“大学生心理健康教育”开放式教学改革取得了良好的教学效果,主要体现在提高了学生的课堂兴趣,增加了其动手实践能力和主动思考策划能力,在各项测评指标中,学生的评教分均显著提高。 The course of"Psychological Health Education of College Students",which is one of the ideological and political education series,is a set of basic theories,psychological counselling and publicity and education.The course is great significance to promote the physical and mental health of college students and improve their training quality.Now,the course of"Psychological Health Education of College Students"as a public basic course,has been carried out in colleges and universities of China.However,the course still faces many problems,e.g.,limited teaching time,many disadvantages of large class teaching.Therefore,the course need to be reformed in time.In this paper,open teaching model was constructed,including based on the basic theory of psychology,classroom discussion,encouraging students to explain knowledge points,developing various forms of classroom activities;reform of open teaching method based on multimedia and image;reform of course assessment and feedback mechanism based on reducing the proportion of final grades,increasing the proportion of classroom performance and information feedback.After several years of research and practice,open teaching reform for"Psychological Health Education of College Students"achieved good teaching effect,including improvement of students'interest in class,practical ability,initiative thinking and planning ability.Furthermore,the scores of students'evaluation for teaching are improved significantly.
