摘要
随着网络信息化的发展,大学生在线学习平台层出不穷,然而某些用户开始对学习平台产生使用倦怠,出现不满意现象,继而产生不持续使用意向。基于感知过载视角,研究大学生在线学习平台的不持续使用行为,并基于压力源—负担—结果框架,构建大学生在线学习平台不持续使用行为研究模型,将压力源分为系统功能过载、信息过载、社交过载,提出相关假设,通过问卷调查法验证,研究表明压力源(系统功能过载、信息过载、社交过载)引起大学生在线学习平台使用负担(使用倦怠和不满意度),从而导致大学生产生不持续使用意向,其中使用倦怠起到部分中介作用。为促进在线学习行为的可持续性,从教师教学设计和平台设计两方面提出管理建议。
With the development of network informatization,online learning platforms for college students emerge in endlessly.However,some users have begun to use the learning platform burnout,appear dissatisfied,and then have the intention of discontinuing use.Based on the perspective of perceptual overload,it studies the unsustainable use behavior of college students'online learning platforms.Based on the stressor-burden-result framework,constructs a research model for the unsustainable use behavior of college students'online learning platforms.The stressors are divided into system function overload,information overload,Social overload,put forward relevant hypotheses,verified by questionnaire survey method,research shows that stressors(system function overload,information overload,social overload)cause college students to use the online learning platform burden(use burnout and dissatisfaction),resulting in unsustainable college students Use intention,in which use burnout plays a part of the mediating role.In order to promote the sustainability of online learning behaviors,management suggestions are put forward from two aspects:teacher teaching design and platform design.
