摘要
主诊医师负责制是具有先进性、科学性的管理体系,在国内外均有成功的经验。该文就我国推行主诊医师负责制以来的应用状况、优点及存在的问题进行探讨,对于不足之处提出了优化策略。推行此项改革能够提升医院的核心竞争力,为医院管理的可持续性改进打下良好的基础,对医院的改革发展有重要意义。
The system of attending in charge is an advanced and scientific management system,which has had successful experience at home and abroad.This paper discusses the application status,advantages and existing problems of this system carried out in China,and further puts forward the optimization strategy for the deficiency.The implementation of this reform can enhance the core competitiveness of the hospital,lay a good foundation for the sustainable improvement of hospital management,and is of great significance for the reform and development of the hospital.
