从竞争到共生:综合性大学教育学科发展的路径选择

From Competition to Symbiosis: The Development Path Choice of Education Discipline in Comprehensive Universities

摘要 在综合性大学的学科体系中,基于竞争理念的发展路径使教育学科陷入困境。无论是资源竞争、地位竞争还是话语权竞争,教育学科均处于劣势。教育学科的竞争劣势是多重因素综合作用的结果。从历史渊源上看,从综合性大学的撤离使其缺少基础性的发展空间;从学术传统上看,依赖于其他学科的发展惯性遮蔽了其本应承担的学术责任;从学科评价上看,功利性的绩效评估凸显了其学科贡献的有限性。在此背景下,综合性大学的教育学科应当选择共生的发展路径,与其他学科形成紧密互利的关系,在推动各学科发展的同时实现自身的壮大。在知识生产上,通过知识反哺促进学科间相互滋养;在资源使用上,通过协同攻关实现学科间共享互通;在发展动力上,通过交叉融合助力各学科共同发展。 In the discipline system of comprehensive university,the development path based on the idea of competition makes education discipline fall into a dilemma. In the competition of resources,status and discourse power,education discipline is at a disadvantage. The competitive disadvantage of education discipline is the result of multiple factors. From the perspective of historical origin,its withdrawal from comprehensive universities makes it lack of basic development space. From the perspective of academic tradition, education discipline is used to relying on other disciplines and failed to undertake its academic responsibilities. From the perspective of discipline evaluation,the limitation of educational discipline’s contribution is highlighted by utilitarian performance evaluation. In this context,the education discipline of comprehensive university should choose the development path of symbiosis,develop close and mutually beneficial relationships with other disciplines and realize its own expansion while promoting the common prosperity of various disciplines. It should promotes mutual nourishment between disciplines through knowledge feedback,it should facilitates the sharing and communication of academic resources between disciplines through collaborative research, it should helps all disciplines to gain momentum and develop together through cross-integration.
