施莫勒著作在中国的翻译与研究综述

A Review of the Translation of and Research on Schmoller’s Works in China

德国新历史学派经济学领袖古斯塔夫·冯·施莫勒在他的时代拥有崇高的学术声望和巨大的国际影响力。他的“施莫勒纲领”是一个雄心勃勃的研究框架,代表了经济学的历史主义传统。本文梳理了施莫勒著作在中国的接受程度、翻译情况及其经济思想的研究状况,指出由于英译本稀少、中译本缺乏等不利因素,尽管中国学者对施莫勒的研究在一些领域取得了成果,但总体上比较薄弱。本文认为,探讨并进一步发展“施莫勒纲领”,对我国经济学的自主创新具有重大意义。最后,笔者为中国的施莫勒研究提出了若干设想。

The leader of the younger German historical school of economics, Gustav von Schmoller, enjoyed a high academic reputation and great international influence in his time. The Schmoller Program is an ambitious research framework that represents the historicist tradition of economics. This paper reviews the reception and translation of Schmoller’s works and the status of research on his economic thought in China. It points out that, although Chinese scholars have made achievements in some areas, the Schmoller’s research is generally weak mainly due to the scarcity of both English and Chinese translations of his works. The author believes that it is of great significance to study and further develop the Schmoller Program for the independent innovation of economics in China. Finally, the author puts forward some suggestions for the domestic research on Schmoller.
