摘要
该文通过对美国著名翻译家奈达提出的功能翻译理论、动态对等翻译理论的介绍,简单梳理其发展演化的难忘节点,而引出信息缺失问题在瑶医教材英译中的初步讨论。笔者试图探讨教材英译中信息缺失的6个原因同时指出相应补偿方案,以期教材实用性和教书育人之目的可以实现。
This article introduces the functional translation theory and dynamic equivalence translation theory put forward by the famous American translator Eugene A.Nida,briefly combing the unforgettable nodes of its development and evolution,and leads to a preliminary discussion of the problem of missing information in the English translation of Yao medicine textbooks.The author of this article attempts to explore the six reasons for the lack of information in the English translation of textbooks and point out the corresponding compensation plan,hoping that the practicality of the textbook and the purpose of teaching and educating can be achieved.
