摘要
美国加州大学洛杉矶分校(UCLA,University of California,Los Angeles)的医学教育十分重视医学人文教育与医患沟通技巧,具体体现在课程安排上有行医学课程。笔者通过对其一次以临终关怀为主题的行医学课程观摩,深入了解了其课程的教学设计和实施细节,故撰写该文希望为我国医学教育提供一定的借鉴。
The medical education at UCLA(University of California,Los Angeles,USA)attaches great importance to medical humanities education and doctor-patient communication skills.Therefore,doctoring course plays an essential part in the medical education in UCLA.Based on the author’s experience on the Doctoring course with the topic on hospice care,in combination of learning the design and implementation details of the course,we wrote this paper,thereby providing some reference for medical education in China.
