摘要
师范生是教师队伍的储备力量,师范生质量的高低直接影响到教学质量乃至教育事业的发展。师范生的从教意愿关系到师范院校的专业设置情况以及对师范生培养方案的调整,关系到未来教师的师资力量。但目前我国地方院校师范生在知、情、意、行方面都有所欠缺,希望通过此次调查研究,探析影响地方师范院校师范生从教意愿的影响因素,寻找破解路径,以期给地方师范院校提供一定的参考和借鉴,促进师范生的成长与发展,全面提高地方师范院校师范生的素质,为地方教育事业输送优秀人才。
Normal university students are the reserve force of the teaching team.The quality of normal university students directly affects the quality of teaching and even the development of education.The teacher's willingness to teach is related to the professional setting of normal universities and the adjustment of the training program of normal university students as well as the faculty of future teachers.However,at present,the teacher students of local normal universities in our country are lacking in knowledge,affection,intention and behavior.Through this investigation and research,I hope that I can explore the factors that affect the willingness of teacher students to teach in local normal universities and find ways to solve the problem.So that I can provide some reference to local normal universities to promote the growth and development of normal university students,comprehensively improve the quality of normal university students in local normal universities,and deliver outstanding talents for local education.
