通信类高职院校藏区“9+3”学生工匠精神培育现实剖析与路径研究

摘要 “9+3”工程,即在9年义务教育的基础上,对藏区学生提供3年的免费职业教育。这是四川省探索少数民族地区教育事业发展的一个创举。文章旨在加强四川省通信类高职院校藏区“9+3”学生工匠精神培养、职业能力强化教育,结合新时代的研究成果,找到藏区“9+3”学生这样一个群体关于工匠精神培养存在的问题,根据通信类高职院校学生的受教育经历,找到有效的通过加强通信类高职院校藏区“9+3”学生工匠精神培养的途径,把高职藏区“9+3”学生培养成国家、社会、学校“信得过”的高素质人才。 The "9 + 3" project is to provide 3-year free vocational education for Tibetan students on the basis of 9-year compulsory education. This is a pioneering work for Sichuan Province to explore the development of education in ethnic minority areas. This paper aims to strengthen the cultivation of "9 + 3" students’ craftsmanship spirit and strengthen the education of professional ability in the Tibetan areas of Higher Vocational Colleges of communication in Sichuan Province. Combined with the research results of the new era, this paper finds out the problems existing in the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit of "9 + 3" students in Tibetan areas of communication vocational colleges, and finds effective ways to strengthen the "9 + 3" students’ craftsmanship spirit cultivation in communication vocational colleges+The "9 + 3" students in the Tibetan areas of higher vocational colleges can be trained into "trustworthy" high-quality talents by the state, society and school.
