摘要
认识自我是人类永恒的话题,大学阶段作为学生成长成才的“黄金时期”,大学生只有了解自己,知道“我从哪里来?”“我是谁?”才能确定“我要到哪里去”。即能更好地与外界联结,更好的规划自己的未来。《大学生心理健康教育》课程作为高等学校大学生的公共必修课程,其课程教学内容毋庸置疑地必须包含大学生认知自我内容的讲授。该文从大学生认识自我的讲授内容、教学目标和教学设计3个方面进行深入思考,以期促进《大学生心理健康教育》课程关于自我意识的教学效果的提升。
Self-knowledge is an eternal topic of human beings.College Students,as the"golden period"of their growth and development,can only be sure of"where do I come from?"And"who am I?"That is,better connected to the outside world,better able to plan for their own future.As a public required course for every student in colleges and universities,the course content of mental health education for college students must undoubtedly include the teaching of students'self-cognition.This paper discusses the teaching content,teaching goal and teaching design of college students'self-awareness in order to promote the teaching effect of self-awareness in the course of mental health education for college students.
