职业教育、高等教育、继续教育统筹协调发展机制研究

Research on the Coordinated Development of Vocational Education, Higher Education and Continuing Education

该文对职业教育、高等教育与继续教育三类教育模式统筹发展的意义进行了阐析。分别论述3种教育模式的现状与存在的问题,并在党的十九大报告中新政策背景下,提出了三者有机协调的方法。本文力求通过加强教育法治建设、促进终身教育体系内涵突破、构建高校分类评估体系等措施,以此提高职业教育、高等教育与继续教育的治理水平,使各类院校明确自身在教育统筹中肩负的职责,从而走出误区、弥补短板,相互扶持形成合力,取得更加理想的教育成效。

This paper analyzes the significance of the coordinated development of vocational education,higher and continuing education,discusses the current situation and problems of the three educational modes respectively,and puts forward the methods for the organic coordination of the three modes under the background of new policies in the report of the 19th National Congress.Article makes effort to strengthen the construction of the rule of law education,promote the connotation of the lifelong education system breakthrough,building the classification evaluation system and other measures,to improve the level of management,make all kinds of colleges and universities take on the responsibilities of in education as a whole,thus out of misunderstanding,make up the short board,support each other to form resultant force,Achieve better educational results.
