摘要
高校教师是知识、思想、真理的创造者与传播者,高校教师政治素养提升事关高素质人才的培养、中华民族的伟大复兴,在高校建设与发展中日益得到广泛重视。该文首先探讨了高校教师政治素养基本内涵与要求,其后具体探讨了高校教师政治素养现状,并据此针对高校教师政治素养提升提出了几点策略,以期可供参考。
College teachers are the creators and disseminators of knowledge,thought and truth.The improvement of College Teachers'political literacy is related to the cultivation of high-quality talents and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and has been increasingly widely valued in the construction and development of colleges and universities.This paper first discusses the basic connotation and requirements of College Teachers'political literacy,then discusses the current situation of College Teachers'political literacy,and puts forward some strategies for the improvement of College Teachers'political literacy,in order to provide reference.
