当前,随着大学招生规模的逐渐扩大,每年都有一大群毕业生迈入社会,面临就业的问题。放眼当前中国高职学生的就业情况,形势可谓是非常的严峻,每年的新增就业人数与往年的未就业人数加起来数目庞大,高职生面临着比以往更大的就业压力。而且高职院校的学生与高学历高层次的人才相比,存在着文凭层次较低的问题,现在很多的高学历、高层次人才放下薪资的高标准,抢走了很多原属于高职就业生的就业份额。很多高职学生在找工作的过程中不能够准确地定位自己,从而导致高职院校学生的就业率不高,在面临巨大的就业压力时,很多学生出现了各种各样的心理问题。因此,做好高职学生的就业心理指导工作至关重要。

At present,with the gradual expansion of university enrollment,a large group of graduates enter the society every year and face the problem of employment.Looking at the current employment situation of higher vocational students in China,it can be said that the situation is very severe.The number of newly added employment and the number of unemployed people in previous years is huge.Higher vocational students are facing greater employment pressure than before.Moreover,compared with the talents with high education background and high level,the students in higher vocational colleges are faced with the problem of lower diploma level.Now many high education and high-level talents put down the high standard of salary,taking away the employment share of many former vocational students.Many higher vocational students can not accurately position themselves in the process of looking for jobs,which leads to the low employment rate of vocational college students.At the same time,they are facing great employment pressure.Many students have various psychological problems.Therefore,it is very important to do a good job of psychological guidance for Vocational students.
