在5G网络迅速发展的当今时代,现代人们的生活每天都被大量的信息所包围,为用户提供更加高效和便捷的阅读体验,应该是当今图书馆服务工作的重点所在。因此图书馆的工作人员要与时俱进,利用现有的云计算、物联网等信息技术,结合图书馆知识管理来对图书馆进行创新管理。该文就对智慧图书馆学科型志愿馆员的培养展开相关的论述和探讨,并提出相应的培养对策,希望助力我国学科型志愿馆员的发展。

In the era of rapid development of 5g network,modern people's life is surrounded by a lot of information every day.To provide users with more efficient and convenient reading experience should be the focus of today's library services.Therefore,the library staff should keep pace with the times,make use of the existing cloud computing,Internet of things and other information technology,combined with library knowledge management to carry out innovative management of the library.This paper discusses and discusses the cultivation of subject type volunteer Librarians in Smart Library,and puts forward corresponding cultivation countermeasures,hoping to help the development of subject type volunteer Librarians in China.
