淮扬饮食文化资源的类型及其旅游商品化路径研究

摘要 旅游商品化模式不仅为传统文化行业注入了文化内涵,又可以将文化资源与旅游产业联系融合,形成更高档次的文化服务产业。淮扬菜以其悠久的历史、鲜明的风味特色以及显著的文化个性而风靡海内外,是中国饮食文化中十分重要的一部分。淮阳饮食文化经过历史的沉淀,积累了“精”“雅”“养”的文化特征,在新时代环境下,如何提升淮扬饮食文化的影响力,以此开发江苏旅游资源,提高江苏旅游业的影响力,构建淮扬地区的旅游商品化路径成为需要面对的重要问题。该文以淮扬饮食文化展开论述,对淮扬饮食文化资源的类型进行简要阐述,并主要分析在新时代背景下如何构建淮扬饮食文化的旅游商品化路径,从而推动江苏地区饮食文化与旅游产业的结合,扩大淮扬饮食文化影响范围,借提升江苏旅游的影响力,形成江苏旅游商品化的新形态以及新业态,希望可以为相关人士提供一定的启示及帮助。 The mode of tourism commercialization not only injects cultural connotation into traditional cultural industry,but also integrates cultural resources with tourism industry to form a higher level cultural service industry.Huaiyang cuisine is a very important part of Chinese food culture because of its long history,distinctive flavor and distinctive cultural personality.Huaiyang catering culture has accumulated"refined","elegant"and"nourishing"cultural characteristics through diachronic precipitation.In the new era environment,how to enhance the influence of Huaiyang catering culture,so as to develop Jiangsu tourism resources,improve the influence of Jiangsu tourism,and construct the path of Tourism Commercialization in Huaiyang area has become an important problem.This paper discusses Huaiyang catering culture,briefly expounds the types of Huaiyang catering culture resources,and mainly analyzes how to construct the Tourism Commercialization path of Huaiyang catering culture under the background of the new era,so as to promote the combination of catering culture and tourism industry in Jiangsu,expand the influence scope of Huaiyang catering culture,and form Jiangsu tourism by enhancing the influence of Jiangsu tourism The new form of commercialization and the new business state,I hope to provide some enlightenment and help for the relevant people.
