护理本科女大学生抑郁与积极心理资本相关性研究

Study on the Correlation Between Depression and Positive Psychological Capital Among Female Nursing Undergraduates

目的探讨护理本科女大学生抑郁与积极心理资本的相关性。方法采用流调中心用抑郁量表(CES-D)和积极心理资本量表(PPQ)调查700名护理本科女大学生。结果抑郁检出率22.75%;抑郁得分10.00(5.00,15.00),积极心理资本得分127.46±17.59,两者呈负相关(P<0.01);非抑郁组与抑郁组积极心理资本总均分与各维度均分都存在差异(P<0.01)。结论护理本科女大学生抑郁与积极心理资本呈负相关,建议通过增强其积极心理资本来减少抑郁的发生。

Objective To explore the correlation between depression and positive psychological capital of female nursing undergraduates.Methods 700 female nursing undergraduates were investigated using the Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scales(CES-D)and the Positive Psychological Capital Questionnaire(PPQ).Results The detection rate of depression was 22.75%.The score of depression was 10.00(5.00,15.00),and the score of positive psychological capital was 127.46±17.59,which were negatively correlated(P<0.01).The average score of positive psychological capital and its four dimensions were significantly different between non-depression group and depression group(P<0.01).Conclusion There was a negative correlation between depression and positive psychological capital among female nursing undergraduates.It was suggested to reduce the occurrence of depression among female nursing undergraduates by enhancing their positive psychological capitals.
