摘要
随着基础教育的不断改革,教育公平已成为社会普遍关注的话题。然而在基础教育改革的背景下,新的问题却出现了。很多义务教育阶段就学的男孩被逐渐悬置,压制和忽视。男孩在性格方面变得女性化,成了学业成就和社会行为的弱势群体,体质瘦弱,缺乏阳刚之气。出现上述现象主要是小学教师性别比例失调、父亲角色缺失、男孩身心发展缓慢等多种原因导致的结果。应采取一系列措施如提高男教师比例,重视性别角色引导,学校、家庭和社会一起努力来缓解男孩危机。
With the continuous reform of basic education,educational equity has become a common concern of the society.However,under the background of basic education reform,new problems appear.Many boys in compulsory education are gradually suspended,suppressed and ignored.Boys become feminized in character,vulnerable to academic achievement and social behavior,physically thin and lacking in masculinity.The above phenomena are mainly caused by the gender imbalance of primary school teachers,the absence of father's role and the slow physical and mental development of boys.A series of measures should be taken,such as increasing the proportion of male teachers,attaching importance to gender role guidance,and working together with schools,families and society to alleviate the crisis of boys.
