高校艺术类学生人文素质培养的路径探析--以长沙学院艺术设计学院学生为例

高校艺术生的人文素养教育是在培养全面发展的艺术生的教育过程中,不能忽视的重要版块。人文素养是人们在自身基本素质的形成过程中,将人文知识经过环境、教育、实践等途径内化于身心所形成的一种稳定的内在品质,其外显为人的志向理想、道德情操、文化修养、思维方式和行为方式等。在高等教育和社会市场号召培养复合型创新型人才的时代背景下,高校艺术生人文素质缺失是在培养艺术生过程中不容忽视的重要问题,该文以长沙学院艺术设计学院学生为例,分析高校艺术生人文素质缺失的现状和原因,分析培养高校艺术生人文素质必要性,在结合实际的基础上,提出高校艺术生人文素质培养的路径探索和思考。

The humanistic quality education of art students in Colleges and universities is an important part that cannot be ignored in the process of cultivating all-round development of art students.Humanistic quality is a kind of stable internal quality formed by people internalizing humanistic knowledge into their body and mind through environment,education,practice and other ways in the process of forming their own basic quality.It is manifested as people's ambition,moral sentiment,cultural cultivation,thinking mode and behavior mode.In the era of higher education and social market calling for the cultivation of compound and innovative talents,the lack of humanistic quality of art students in Colleges and universities is an important problem that cannot be ignored in the process of cultivating art students.Taking the students of art and Design College of Changsha University as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation and causes of the lack of humanistic quality of art students in Colleges and universities,and analyzes the necessity of cultivating humanistic quality of art students in Colleges and universities On the basis of practice,this paper puts forward the exploration and Reflection on the cultivation of humanistic quality of art students in Colleges and universities.
