在新时代背景下,应用型高校注重培养实践创新型人才,多以立德树人教育思想为主导开展教育工作。其中,围绕应用型高校劳动教育开展过程,需遵循发展性、创新性、适用性、整体性等多项原则,在不断明确劳动教育开展价值、增加师生劳动教育认同感的基础上保障劳动教育的开展效果。对此,通过分析新时代应用型高校劳动教育的时代价值,阐述劳动教育的内涵定位,在明确劳动教育推进原则的基础上研究有效开展策略,旨在给予应用型高校教育工作者一定可行的帮助和指导,并最终促进应用型高校人才培养质量的显著提高。

Under the background of the new era,application-oriented colleges and universities pay attention to the cultivation of practical and innovative talents,and carry out the education work mainly based on the educational thought of moral cultivation.Among them,around the development process of labor education in Application-oriented Colleges and universities,we need to follow the principles of development,innovation,applicability,integrity,and so on.On the basis of constantly clarifying the value of labor education and increasing the identity of teachers and students in labor education,we should ensure the effectiveness of labor education.In this regard,through the analysis of the era value of labor education in Application-oriented Colleges and universities in the new era,this paper expounds the connotation of labor education,studies effective development strategies on the basis of clarifying the promotion principles of labor education,aiming to give certain feasible help and guidance to the educators in Application-oriented Colleges and universities,and ultimately promote the remarkable improvement of talent cultivation quality in Application-oriented Colleges and universities.
