高职扩招背景下学生工作管理模式创新研究--以广州铁路职业技术学院为例

Research on the Innovation of Student Management Mode under the Background of Higher Vocational Enrollment Expansion--Taking Guangzhou Railway Polytechnic as an Example

近年来,国务院政府工作报告中首次提出要对高职院校实施扩招。随着各大高职院校招生规模逐渐扩大,招录途径的多样化、学生生源结构复杂化、培养形式的区别化都给学生管理工作带来一定问题,在该研究中结合实际学生管理过程中存在的问题,通过分析目前学生管理工作现状,提出应当转变学生工作管理模式,结合学生群体差异能够转变管理理念,能够打造跨校区高素质学生工作管理队伍,可以利用大数据完善相应的管理机制,可搭建多校学生管理沟通机制并在实践中得到了验证。

In recent years,the government work report of the State Council proposed for the first time to expand the enrollment of higher vocational colleges.As major in higher vocational colleges to recruit students scale expands gradually,introduced the way of the diversification and complication of students come from structure,training form difference is to bring certain problems in the students'management.In this study,it combined with the actual problems existing in the process of student management,through the analysis of the present status of the student management work.It shall shift student work management mode is put forward,combined with student population differences to change management ideas,to create high-quality students across campus work management team.It also can use big data perfect management mechanism,to build more schools student management communication mechanism and verified in practice.
