Student management is the most important daily work of college counselors.How to carry out effective student management is the key to college counselors'work.Therefore,as the principal person in charge of student management in colleges and universities,the instructor should comply with the modern teaching concept and actively apply the refined management mode to ensure the smooth progress of student management.This paper studies the application of the fine management model in the management of college counselors.
