民办本科高校教学质量保障体系构建研究--以黑龙江工商学院为例

Research on the Construction of Undergraduate Teaching Quality Assurance System in Private Universities--Taking Heilongjiang College of Business and Technology as an Example

20世纪90年代的大学扩招使部分高校承载能力不足,教学质量下滑。教育部于2003年出台了高等学校教学质量和教学改革工程等文件。质量工程提出了4个改变,即人才培养模式改变、教学内容改变、教学体系改变和提高大学在校生质量。民办本科高校作为高等教育力量的重要补充,近年来在教学质量保障方面有很多卓有成效的探索和实践,笔者将结合自己学校的方案和做法,浅谈如何构建民办高校教学质量保障体系。

The expansion of university enrollment in the nineties of last century made some universities lack of carrying capacity and teaching quality decline.In 2003,the Ministry of Education issued the documents of teaching quality and teaching reform project in Colleges and universities.Quality engineering puts forward four changes,namely,the change of personnel training mode,the change of teaching content,the change of teaching system and the improvement of the quality of university students.As an important supplement to higher education,private colleges and universities have made a lot of effective exploration and practice in teaching quality assurance in recent years.In this paper,the author will discuss how to build the teaching quality assurance system of private colleges and universities in combination with his school's plan and practice.
