新时代高校思想政治理论课的“金课”建设是一项系统工程,课堂教学要按照“金课”的标准,进行视角转换,完成从关注教学手段和形式的改革向关注教育理念和教学内容的改革的转变。为此,要把握思想政治工作“三大规律”,优化思想政治理论课教学生态,在具体的实践中将传统讲授和翻转学习有机地融合在一起,让课堂体现出时代感,让学生享受到获得感。

The construction of"golden course"of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities in the new era is a systematic project,in which the classroom teaching should be carried out according to the standard of"golden course",and the perspective should be changed.The transformation from focusing on the reform of teaching means and forms to focusing on the reform of educational ideas and teaching content has been completed.Therefore,in order to achieve the"three Laws"of ideological and political work,the teaching ecology of ideological and political theory courses is optimized,which organically integrates traditional teaching and flipped learning in specific practice,so that the classroom can reflect the sense of the times and students can enjoy the sense of gain.
