摘要
法制教育是实现依法治国的重要前提。目前我国高校法制教育高估了学生的法律基础,同时,高校单位、教师和学生存在分散式传导的现状,由此导致了高校法制教育阶段性和平台性的双重割裂。另外,由于科技的迅速发展,传统的教育媒介已经无法满足法制教育传达的需求。因此,该文考虑高校法律教育的平台异质性、黏合性以及环境更新,研究高校单位、教师和学生在法制教育中的耦合机制,形成合作闭环,并依托现在的高接触媒介,减少传导程序和信息遗漏,增大接触面,以增强高校法制教育的质量。
Legal education is an important prerequisite for the realization of the rule of law.At present,legal education in university in China overestimates the legal basis of students.At the same time,there is a decentralized transmission among university units,teachers and students,which leads to the dual separation of stage and platform of legal education in university.In addition,due to the rapid development of science and technology,the traditional education media has been unable to meet the needs of legal education.Therefore,considering the heterogeneity,cohesiveness and environmental renewal of legal education platform in university,we study the coupling mechanism of University units,teachers and students in legal education,forms a closed-loop cooperation,relies on the current high contact media to reduce the transmission procedures and information omissions,and increase the contact area,so as to enhance the quality of legal education in university.
