文化育人是高校落实“立德树人”根本任务、培养高素质人才的重要支撑。当前,中国特色社会主义进入新时代,应用型高校转型发展迈入新的阶段,其文化育人的内涵也获得新的发展。应用型高校文化育人对于落实“立德树人”的根本任务、继承和创新文化以及增强大学生文化自信具有重要价值。因此,探索完善顶层设计、以满足学生需要为导向、健全育人机制和加强网络阵地建设等文化育人的路径,具有重要意义。

Cultural education is an important support for colleges and universities to carry out the fundamental task of"strengthen moral education and cultivate people"and cultivate high-quality talents.At present,as socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,the transformation and development of application-oriented universities have entered a new stage.the connotation of cultural education has also been enriched.It is of great value to carry out the basic task of"strengthen moral education and cultivate people",inherit and innovate culture and enhance the cultural confidence of college students.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore ways of cultural education,such as perfecting top-level design,taking satisfying students'needs as the guide,perfecting educational mechanism and strengthening network position construction.
