摘要
社会工作是一门强调实践的专业,高校在培养社会工作专业人才时既要进行理论知识教学,也要实践专业的方法和技能,树立学生专业的价值理念。新时代,社会发展需要高质量的社会工作专业人才,高校提升社会工作专业学生的实践能力更为迫切。该文在总结GC社会工作专业目前实践教学模式的基础上,从专业认知、实践考核机制、实习督导、专业认可等方面进行专业特色化实践教学体系建构。
Social work is a major that emphasizes practice.When training social work professionals,colleges and universities should not only carry out theoretical knowledge teaching,but also practice professional methods and skills,and establish students'professional value concept.In the new era,social development needs high-quality social work professionals.It is more urgent for colleges and universities to improve the practical ability of students majoring in social work.On the basis of summarizing the current practice teaching mode of GC social work major,this paper constructs a professional characteristic practice teaching system from the aspects of professional cognition,practice assessment mechanism,practice supervision and professional recognition.
